Golf Fitness

Our therapists/coaches are Titleist Performance Institute Certified providers. This allows us to assess your movement patterns and identify your swing flaws at a higher level. Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR)

BFR uses a surgical grade, FDA listed medical cuff to provide a stimulus that briefly and intermittently occludes your venous blood supply and a select percentage of arterial blood supply, based on the client’s needs. By doing so, your body and muscles are forced to work harder due to the temporary limited oxygen supply and increased local metabolite formation. When the cuff is deflated and the “stimulus” is removed, the brain is tricked into releasing an increased amount of hormones (HGH, testosterone, IGF-1, etc.) in order to stimulate your major growth pathways. Simply put, you are able to maximize your strength and hypertrophy gains with the help of BFR!
