Sports Recovery

Whether you are a weekend warrior, triathlete, or CrossFit games athlete, we’ve got you covered! We offer 30 or 60-minute recovery sessions tailored to your individual needs, which may include the following services:

  • Active recovery movement sessions

  • Soft tissue mobilization / myofascial release

  • Manual stretching

  • Myofascial cupping (our therapists are trained in myofascial cupping through FMT RockPods)

  • Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)

  • NormaTec compression boots
